When I was a lot fitter than I am now I'd hit the treadmill in the morning with "Awesome Blues" blasting in my ear buds - the first bars of "Ride that Carousel" still wake up the old machine. Listening to it now makes me want to get up and move. This album is pure class and energy - if you want to get up and groove it's for you!
