Music For Movements

Imagine a thick velvet curtain being drawn slowly upward. There are soft lights embracing dark, silent and still silhouettes. Music swells and these shadow-people begin to breathe and move.
Gracefully, slowly...the light gain in brilliance, the music lifts the forms into moving postures evocative of ancient times and places. If you close your eyes and listen to this piece, perhaps the forms will gather, assume their posture and flow through their intended movements. Movement through space and time, already imprinted, serenely with purpose and intention. The music is a guide to these ancient dances.
